Kurt has been following his path in artistic expression since he was young. Receiving early inspiration from his family who were involved in fashion and aircraft creation gave him direction to take on complicated projects and design. Higher education fostered a further appreciation for design and fabrication allowing him to become comfortable in architectural development with his own design skills. Architecture has offered him decades of design opportunity with art integration at the core. It was along this road that he began creating sculptures. When the opportunity was right, he forged a single path in designing abstract metal forms to be where he is today.

Kurt’s work seeks out balance and composition in the spaces they occupy. His vision fosters unity and expression in landscapes and spaces. His forms are finely detailed, simple and enjoyable. He is comfortable working in various metals and materials. Size, scale and form motivate his interests which express themselves in the final composition.
